yes! that's right! i had to get my own!

The kids were all pumped for a ride on the New Mexico Rail Runner.
We decided to travel from the Rio Bravo/Sunport station
to Belen and back.
Here's the group as the train arrives.

we had a fun day with you!
next time don't work so hard on your day off eh?!!

Here's the route info.....

Get on at Rio Bravo at 12:49pm
ride SOUTH to Belen 1:16pm
back to Rio Bravo by 1:30pm

Fare for All day pass (which is what they recommend)
$4 for adults
$3 for kids 10-12
Children under 10 are FREE

(for a longer ride......)
We could get on Downtown
(andi and i would have to take the kids out of preK early or just meet up with ya'll at the rio bravo drop)

Downtown 11:25am
to the Rio Bravo stop at 12:49
to Belen 1:16
Back to Rio Bravo 12:35
Back downtown 2:08pm

(it's the same train, so if some wanted to get on earlier for a longer ride you could jump on downtown and anybody else could join in at rio bravo later...)

FYI I found this on their site...

"3. Passengers are welcome to bring their own sack lunches/meals on board the train. Please make sure that all trash is disposed of properly."

So we could bring snacks or even pack lunches to eat on the train..
