Rugged Movie Watching

Caprice had a friend sleepover this weekend and I felt like we needed to add a little more adventure to our movie watching experience.

I remember one of my favorite things to do when I was a kid was to arrange chairs, couches, and other objects then drape them with blankets to make them into forts. I saw something on the TV that reminded me about how I used to do this and decided it was a memory that I needed to recreate. Since Caprice had a friend from school sleeping over this weekend it provided the perfect opportunity.



Admittedly, this might have been a little more for me than for the girls but once we started a movie and got them some popcorn they settled nicely into their private movie bungalow.



You can see that they create quite a little mess when they eat popcorn. Apparently it's a very difficult task to try and out eat your sisters while not removing your eyes from the TV screen.




Of course I made sure to get some use out of it and watched one of my shows first before vacating for their use. And it was just as fun as I remember it. :)
